This Policy explains what data MemberRewards (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Platform you agree to this Policy.

1. Data we collect

Account data: your Telegram id, username, name and photo (via Telegram login), or your email if you sign in with email.
Assets you connect: the channels, chats and social accounts you link, and their public statistics (subscribers, views, engagement) gathered from open sources and platform APIs.
Wallet and transactions: the blockchain wallet addresses you provide and the on-chain deposits and payouts related to your activity.
Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser information, and analytics events.
Cookies and similar technologies: used for sign-in sessions, preferences (such as language) and analytics.

2. How we use data

To operate the Platform: run reward pools, compute ratings, and process on-chain payouts.
To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
To improve the product and measure performance.
To communicate with you about your account and campaigns.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand usage. It sets cookies and processes limited technical data. You can block cookies in your browser and use browser or extension controls to opt out of analytics. Essential cookies needed for sign-in cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

4. On-chain data is public

Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public and permanent by design. Anything settled on-chain (deposits, payouts, NFT ownership) can be viewed by anyone and cannot be deleted by us.

5. How we share data

Service providers that help us operate (hosting, analytics, payment tooling such as xRocket) under appropriate safeguards.
Public networks: data you publish (posts, public channel stats) and on-chain activity are inherently public.
Legal: where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. On-chain records are permanent and outside our control.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your wallets and login secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. Note that on-chain data and data we must retain for legal reasons may not be erasable.

9. International transfers

We operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than yours, with safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

10. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above.
